Grilled Stockyard Steak 
Angus Reserve Beef Stockyard sirloin seasoned and char grilled to perfection, finished with crispy onions and served with a house made potato salad and asparagus spears

Buffalo BLT Chicken
Crispy batter fried chicken tossed in buffalo sauce and layered with hickory bacon, crisp lettuce and vine ripe tomatoes, finished with a ranch drizzle  

Ginger Lemongrass Chicken Stir Fry
Boneless stir-fried chicken in a soy lemongrass broth with ginger stir fried vegetables, served over rice  

Scallops & Spinach Dip
Deep sea scallops pan seared and presented over a creamy spinach and artichoke bake, served with garlic butter toasted pita  

Shrimp & Clam Scampi
Jumbo shrimp and surf clams pan seared with onions and garlic in seafood stock, served over pasta and finished with parmesan cheese  
 
Fire & Ice Salmon
Fresh salmon filet char grilled with blackening spices, topped with a fire and ice salad and presented over cilantro mashed potatoes

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
