Dinner Features April 8

Marinated char grilled chicken breast presented over creamy mushroom rice with asparagus, onions and assorted mushrooms

Cuban Grilled Stockyard Steak
Angus Reserve Beef Stockyard sirloin dry spice rubbed and char grilled to perfection, paired with spinach, potatoes, rice and beans, finished with a salsa guacamole steak sauce and crispy onions 

Buffalo Chicken Macaroni & Cheese
Tender stewed chicken served over macaroni and cheese smothered in a mild Buffalo wing sauce, finished with crumbly bleu and scallions  

Scallops Bruschetta
Deep sea scallops pan seared with tomatoes red onions, fresh basil and garlic served over pasta and finished with asiago cheese  

Seafood Gumbo
Jumbo shrimp, haddock and chopped clams pan seared with chorizo sausage, peppers, onions and garlic in a spicy tomato sauce, served over rice and finished with deep fried calamari  

Lemon Caper Striped Bass
Fresh striped bass pan seared and finished with a lemon caper butter sauce, presented over mashed potatoes with asparagus spears

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
