Dinner Features April 20th, 2018


Grilled Stockyard                                                                     

Seasoned grilled Stockyard Sirloin with mashed potatoes and mushroom gravy, crispy onions and a mixed vegetable with a house made steak sauce



                       Stuffed Chicken                                      

Pan seared chicken breast with layers of bacon sausage, spinach onions and feta cheese over mashed potatoes and country gravy



                       BBQ Broccoli & Chicken  

Sautéed chicken strips with onions, mushrooms, broccoli, carrots, celery and peppers in an Asian BBQ brown sauce over rice  



Scallops Primavera                                            

Pan seared scallops tossed with garlic, onions, peppers, zucchini, yellow squash broccoli and mushrooms in a white wine butter sauce over pasta finished with asiago cheese  



Shrimp Gumbo                                              

Pan seared jumbo tiger shrimp tossed with garlic, onions, chorizo, peppers and a spicy hearty tomato sauce over rice



                       Potato Crusted Akura Salmon                   

Pan seared potato chip encrusted salmon over wilted leek mashed potatoes and asparagus then topped with a French onion aioli and crispy onions



                        Fresh Broiled Haddock                             

            Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter



           Fish Fry                                                                     

Your choice of breaded or crispy beer battered fresh Haddock filet
