Grilled Stockyard Steak
Angus Reserve Beef Stockyard sirloin grilled with blackening spices, finished with a chipotle sriracha steak sauce and crispy onions, served with bleu cheese mashed potatoes and broccoli hollandaise

Lemon Caper Chicken Cutlet
Boneless chicken breast pan seared with a panko breading and tossed in lemon caper butter, served over mashed potatoes with asparagus spears

Garlic Honey Ginger Chicken Tandoori
Boneless chicken breast pan seared with broccoli, mushrooms, peppers, scallions, garlic and ginger in a honey cilantro red chili sauce, served over fried rice  

Scallops Florentine
Deep sea scallops pan seared and presented over a creamy spinach and artichoke bake, served with garlic toasted pita  

Shrimp Bruschetta
Jumbo shrimp pan seared with grape tomatoes, red onions and fresh basil in a white wine butter sauce, served over pasta 
 
Jerk Mahi Mahi
Fresh mahi mahi filet pan seared with jerk spices and finished with pineapple salsa, presented over pesto mashed potatoes with asparagus spears  

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
