Angus Reserve Beef Stockyard sirloin char grilled with Cajun spices, finished with sautéed A1® mushrooms and onions and served with a house made potato salad and cheddar broccoli

Boneless garlic herb marinated chicken breast stir fried with mushrooms, cabbage, onions and red bell peppers in a Asian soy brown sauce, served over noodles

Buffalo Chicken Burrito
Extra-large flour tortilla stuffed with buffalo stewed chicken, cheddar cheese, bleu cheese, rice, pepper jack cheese, salsa and sour cream served with a side of chipotle potato salad

Deep Sea scallops pan seared with bacon, spinach, tomatoes and onions in an asiago cream sauce, served over pasta

Shrimp with Sausage Ravioli
Jumbo shrimp pan seared with peppers, onions and garlic in a spicy sriracha marinara sauce, presented over rice and sausage stuffed ravioli
