Montreal Grilled Stockyard Steak
Angus Reserve Beef Stockyard sirloin char grilled with Montreal seasonings, topped with a Portobello burgundy onion sauce and melted crumbly bleu cheese, served with a twice baked potato    

Chicken & Crabmeat Ala Romano
Boneless chicken breast and surimi crabmeat sautéed with mushrooms, broccoli, artichoke hearts and Kalamata olives tossed with pasta in a light Alfredo sauce

Seafood Francesca
Deep sea scallops and chopped clams, sautéed with zucchini, peppers and onions in a mildly spicy garlic marinara sauce, served over pasta   

Shrimp & Wild Mushroom Florentine
Jumbo shrimp sautéed with Portobello, shiitake and button mushrooms, with fresh spinach in a roasted red pepper asiago cream sauce, served over pasta   

Stuffed Salmon
Fresh broiled salmon filet stuffed with spinach, artichoke hearts and sun dried tomatoes, drizzled with a caper tarragon sauce and served over fresh asparagus spears with a side of rice   

Tuscan Style Calamari
Deep fried calamari sautéed with mushrooms, onions, tomatoes, banana peppers and fresh basil with garlic and white wine served over pasta and dusted with asiago cheese  

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
