Dinner Features April 28

Hunan Chicken
Boneless garlic crusted chicken breast pan seared with mushrooms, broccoli, cabbage, red peppers and onions in a soy brown sauce, served over white rice  

Bacon & Crab Beef Filet

Chicken & Biscuits
Southern fried chicken breast presented over hodge podge mashed potatoes and finished with sausage bacon gravy served with a house made scallion cheddar biscuit

Creole Scallops with Macaroni & Cheese
Deep sea scallops pan seared with Cajun spices and presented over creole ziti bake with chorizo sausage, peppers and onions in a cheddar jack cheese sauce  

Shrimp Primavera   
Jumbo shrimp pan seared with broccoli, mushrooms, yellow squash, zucchini, peppers, onions and asparagus in a lemon white wine butter sauce, served over pasta and finished with asiago cheese     

Abruzzi Salmon
Fresh salmon filet pan seared and finished with a spicy tomato vegetable ragu, presented over mashed potatoes   

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
