Dinner Features April 7

General Tso’s Chicken
Tender tempura battered chicken tossed in a spicy orange sesame sauce, served over steamed white rice with broccoli

Blackened Stockyard Steak
Angus Reserve Beef Stockyard sirloin char grilled with Cajun blackening spices, served with a house made steak sauce and garlic parmesan cottage fries, finished with crispy Tabasco onions 

                       Chicken & Biscuits
Southern fried chicken breast presented over mashed potatoes and finished with sausage gravy and a house made biscuit

Scallops Primavera
Sautéed deep sea scallops pan seared with broccoli, mushrooms, yellow squash, bell peppers, onions and garlic in a white wine butter sauce, served over ziti and finished with asiago cheese     

Shrimp & Grits
Jumbo shrimp tossed in a black pepper flour and pan fried with garlic, served with cheddar bacon grits and pickled vegetables

Citrus Seared Wahoo
Fresh wahoo filet pan seared and finished with a citrus beurre blanc and a fresh pineapple salsa, presented over pesto mashed potatoes with asparagus spears

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
