Char Grilled Stockyard
Angus Reserve Beef Stockyard sirloin steak char grilled to perfection, finished with A1® mushrooms and served with asparagus spears and mashed potatoes with gravy  
 
Hunan Chicken
Boneless chicken breast pan seared with mushrooms, broccoli, peppers and onions in a soy brown sauce, served over fried rice  

Mushroom Chicken Stack
Boneless chicken breast pan fried with an herb crust and layered with potato pancakes, onions, shiitake, button and Portobello mushrooms finished with a thyme gravy and crispy onions

Abruzzi Salmon
Fresh salmon filet pan seared and finished with tomato au jus, wilted spinach and Kalamata olives, presented over garlic parmesan mashed potatoes   

Blackened Scallops with Macaroni & Cheese
Deep sea scallops pan seared with blackening spices and presented over creole macaroni and cheese, served with garlic butter toasted pita  

Shrimp & Honey Grits
Garlic seared jumbo shrimp tossed with peppers, onions and celery served over sweet honey grits and hush puppies

Calamari & Clams
Sautéed surf clams with peppers, onions, bacon and garlic in a white wine butter sauce, served over pasta and topped with fried calamari

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
