Dinner Features March 25

London Broil
Marinated flank steak grilled and served with a red wine mushroom gravy, asparagus spears and garlic parmesan mashed potatoes

Crispy Pita Chicken Tacos
Tender crispy breaded chicken with marinated vegetables, shredded cabbage and a banana pepper aioli served with a side of fresh corn chips and salsa

Herbed Salmon
Fresh salmon filet pan seared with an herb crust and finished with a pesto sauce and pineapple salsa, presented over mashed potatoes and asparagus spears              

Bacon Asparagus Scallops
Deep sea scallops pan seared with bacon, asparagus and onions and garlic in an asiago alfredo sauce, served over pasta  

Macaroni & Cheese Scallops
Deep sea scallops pan seared and presented over baked macaroni and cheese served with garlic toasted pita

Shrimp Bruschetta
Jumbo shrimp pan seared with tomatoes, onions, fresh basil and garlic in a white wine butter sauce, served over pasta
 
Organic Cowboy Burger
Organic 6 oz. ground beef burger char grilled to order, topped with cheddar cheese, barbeque sauce, onion straws and an organic fried egg served with beer battered fries

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
