Spring Season Grilled Stockyard
Angus Reserve Beef Stockyard sirloin steak seasoned with basil and herbs and char grilled to perfection, finished with barbeque curry vegetables and shredded gruyere cheese, served over garlic smashed potatoes
 
Ginger Orange Sesame Chicken
Boneless chicken breast sautéed in a ginger orange sesame stir fry with shiitake mushrooms, zucchini, broccoli, Bermuda onions and sweet red peppers layered over rice and dusted with sesame seeds

Chicken Elizabeth
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with Portobello mushrooms, roasted red peppers and broccoli in a white wine pesto Dijon sauce, served over pasta  

Fresh Broiled Salmon
Fresh salmon filet broiled in lemon and white wine drizzled with a caper tarragon sauce, served over fresh asparagus with a side of rice  

Herb Seared Sea Scallops
Herb coated scallops pan seared with a sherry infused lemon sauce towered on a bed of balsamic garlic braised kale

Park Avenue Flower City Shrimp
Jumbo shrimp sautéed with summer squash, fresh spinach and tomatoes in a blush asiago velvet sauce, served over pasta and finished with caramelized onions    

Organic Florentine Burger
Organic 6 oz. ground beef burger char grilled to order, topped with fresh spinach, asiago cheese and roasted red peppers served with a side of pesto aioli and Cajun beer battered fries

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
