Dinner Features March 10

Grilled Stockyard Sirloin
Angus Reserve Beef Stockyard sirloin steak seasoned and char grilled to perfection and finished with a house made steak sauce, served with mashed potatoes with gravy and broccoli hollandaise

Orange Sesame Chicken
Tender tempura battered chicken tossed in a sweet and spicy orange sesame sauce over white rice with steamed broccoli

Salmon Florentine
Fresh salmon filet pan seared and presented over garlic mashed potatoes in a pool of wilted spinach, grape tomatoes and onions in a white wine butter sauce             

Chicken Broccoli Alfredo
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with onion and garlic in an asiago cream sauce, served over pasta with steamed broccoli and red bell peppers  

Scallops Bacon Bruschetta
Deep sea scallops pan seared with bacon, tomatoes onions and garlic served over creamy asiago rice

Shrimp Gumbo
Jumbo shrimp pan seared with sausage, peppers, onions and garlic in a spicy tomato sauce, served over rice
 
Loco Moco
Half pound Angus Reserve ground beef burger grilled to perfection and presented over ham & vegetable fried rice, smothered with brown gravy and finished with two eggs over easy and crispy onions

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
