Dinner Features March 24

Char Grilled Stockyard
Angus Reserve Beef Stockyard sirloin steak seasoned and char grilled to perfection, finished with A1® mushrooms and chipotle mayonnaise and served with asparagus spears and mashed potatoes with gravy
 
Southern Chicken & Biscuits
Southern fried chicken breast served over mashed potatoes in a chicken bacon sausage gravy with a homemade biscuit

Mongolian Barbeque Chicken
Asian Barbeque chicken breast tossed in a honey garlic barbeque sauce, presented over basmati rice and broccoli, served with stir fried vegetables  

Potato Crusted Salmon
Fresh salmon filet pan seared in a potato chip crust, finished with a French onion aioli and crispy onions, served over risotto style potatoes and asparagus spears

Scalloped Scallops 
Deep sea scallops pan seared with ham, peas, onions and garlic in an asiago cream sauce, served over pasta

Creole Shrimp & Grits
Jumbo shrimp Cajun fried and served over cheddar bacon grits with pineapple Cole slaw and a banana pepper aioli   

Blackened Wahoo
Wahoo is a member of the mackerel family; its flesh is white and mild. Tonight, we are preparing fresh wahoo pan seared with blackening spices and finished with pineapple salsa, served over pesto mashed potatoes  

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
