Blackened Stockyard                                                               

Cast iron blackened Stockyard Sirloin with gruyere cheese stacked potato, house made steak sauce and crispy onions  




Tender southern fried chicken over mashed potatoes, red eye gravy and finished with bacon crumbles



Hunan Chicken           

Pan seared garlic chicken tossed with onions, mushrooms, peppers, scallions, broccoli and cabbage in an Asian brown sauce over white rice



Old Bay Scallops & Crab Mac & Cheese                    

Pan seared scallops seasoned with Old Bay seasoning and served over surimi crab macaroni and cheese with a side of mixed vegetables and house made kettle chips 



Shrimp Gumbo                                                    

Pan seared jumbo shrimp tossed with garlic, onions and bell peppers in a spicy tomato chorizo sausage sauce over white rice



Wahoo Medallions                                 

Pan seared Wahoo medallions served with bacon horseradish mashed potatoes in a leak, scallion, pea and carrot broth with ribbon cut vegetables

                          

                        Salmon Florentine                                         

Pan seared salmon served over mashed potatoes, wilted spinach, tomatoes and garlic

            Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
