Dinner Features March 17

Slow roasted corned beef served with fresh cabbage, carrots and potatoes

Irish Nachos
Deep fried corn tortilla chips topped with shredded corned beef, sauerkraut, potato puffs, onions and jalapeno peppers finished with a stout beer cheese sauce

Grilled Stockyard Steak with Beer Battered Bay Fries
Seasoned and char gilled Angus Reserve Stockyard sirloin steak, topped with A1 marinated mushrooms and onions finished with a broccoli and beer cheese sauce accompanied with beer battered bay fries   
 
                        Dublin Coddled Lasagna                                       
Tender potatoes layered with corned beef, caramelized onions, bacon, swiss cheese, and mashed potatoes finished with a cheddar cheese beer sauce
 
Lemon Caper Chicken Cutlet
Tender breaded chicken cutlets served over scallion mashed potatoes, asparagus spears, and a lemon caper butter sauce         
Singapore Spicy Honey Chicken
Tempura battered chicken tossed in a sweet and sour honey sriracha sauce served over soy marinated vegetable noodle salad 

Scallops Alfredo
Deep sea scallops pan seared with grape tomatoes, onions, fresh basil, in a light alfredo sauce over pasta

Creole Shrimp & Rice
Jumbo shrimp sautéed with garlic, onions, peppers and chorizo sausage served over rice

Citrus Wahoo
Fresh wahoo medallions pan seared and served over pesto mashed potatoes and asparagus spears finished with a pineapple salsa with fried onions  

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
