Dinner Features March 23rd, 2018


Blackened Grilled Stockyard                                            

Cajun spiced rubbed Stockyard Sirloin grilled and sliced then served over a fried bacon and cheddar grit cake with a house steak sauce and fried onion straws


                       Orange Sesame Chicken             

Tender tempura battered chicken tossed in a sweet and spicy orange sesame sauce over rice with broccoli



                       Shakshouka Chicken    

Pan seared chicken stewed in garlic, curry, celery, onions, cherry tomatoes and peppers over white rice with 2 eggs with a side of garlic toasted pita



Scallops Florentine                                                            

Pan seared scallops over spinach and artichoke baked macaroni and cheese with toasted pita 



Shrimp Creole Seafood Stew                         

Sautéed calamari, surf clams, surimi crab and tiger shrimp with peppers, onions, chorizo and garlic in a spicy tomato broth over white rice



                       Honey Jerk Salmon                                   

Honey and jerk seasoned salmon over mashed potatoes, pickled vegetables and sugar cane plantains



                       Fresh Broiled Haddock                                 

            Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter



           Fish Fry                  

Your choice of breaded or crispy beer battered fresh Haddock filet
