Dinner Features March 5

Appetizer:
Buffalo Nachos
House made tortilla chips smothered with buffalo wing sauce chicken, jalapeño peppers, onions, roasted corn salsa and nacho cheese sauce finished with a bleu cheese drizzle  

Entrees:
Grilled New York Strip Steak
New York Strip steak char grilled with Old Bay ® seasonings, finished with a barbeque mushroom A1® steak sauce, served with steak fries and broccoli hollandaise

Chicken Piccata
Boneless chicken breast pan seared in a lemon caper butter sauce, served over mashed potatoes with asparagus spears   

Jerked Salmon
Fresh salmon filet pan seared with jerk spices and finished with a fresh pineapple salsa, presented over plantain mashed potatoes with asparagus spears           
Salmon & Crab Cakes
A seafood duo with a salmon cake and a crab cake served over dressed field greens, topped with crispy Tabasco ® onions and served with a lemon garlic remoulade

Bacon Asparagus Scallops
Deep sea scallops pan seared with asparagus, onions and garlic in a bacon asiago cream sauce, served over pasta   

Shrimp Macaroni & Cheese
Jumbo black pepper floured fried shrimp, presented with surimi crab macaroni and cheese, served with Cole slaw, onion rings and a side of sriracha ranch dipping sauce  
 
Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
