Dinner Features March 30th, 2018


Appetizer:    

                       Old Bay Seasoned Calamari                                                  

   Old Bay seasoned floured calamari, deep fried and served          with a lemon garlic aioli.



Entrees:

Grilled Stockyard                                                                            

Spice rubbed and grilled Stockyard Sirloin with a loaded baked potato, broccoli hollandaise and then finished with a house made steak sauce



                       Buffalo Stacked Chicken                                 

Cajun breaded chicken over blue cheese mashed potatoes and layered with vine ripe tomatoes, crisp lettuce and finished with a buffalo wing sauce and ranch emulsion



                       Moo Shu Chicken & Potato Pancakes                         

Tender tempura chicken tossed in a soy ginger glaze with peppers, onions, mushrooms and scrambled eggs over scallion potato pancakes



Scallops & Crab Perogies                                       

Pan seared scallops and surimi crab with butter and garlic peas over jumbo potato and cheddar stuffed perogies with asiago cheese



Shrimp Gumbo                              

Pan seared jumbo tiger shrimp tossed with garlic, chorizo, peppers and a spicy tomato sauce over white rice



                       Blackened Akura Salmon                               

Blackened Akura Salmon over garlic butter mashed potatoes and asparagus then topped with a French onion aioli and kettle chips



                       Fresh Broiled Haddock                                         

            Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter



           Fish Fry                                                                             

Your choice of breaded or crispy beer battered fresh Haddock filet

Dessert Features: 

Pecan Pie – Rich and delicious sticky nutty pie

Almond Raspberry Cake - White cake with raspberry filling, frosted in an almond butter cream, topped with almond slivers and a dollop of raspberry



Chocolate Peanut Butter Cake- Chocolate cake, peanut butter mousse, crushed peanut butter cups, chocolate and peanut butter drizzle



Ding Dong Cake- Chocolate cake layered with fudge and whipped cream



Turtle Cake- Chocolate cake with fudge, caramel and pecans
