Pan Seared Sirloin Medallions
Twin 3 ounce beef sirloin medallions pan seared to perfection, finished with a marsala demi-glace and crispy onions, presented over mashed potatoes with asparagus and mushrooms 

Lemon Caper Chicken
Boneless chicken breast breaded and pan fried finished with a lemon caper butter sauce, served over mashed potatoes and asparagus spears
Blackened Salmon
Fresh salmon filet pan seared with blackening spices and finished with a chipotle aioli, served with creole macaroni and cheese and steamed broccoli  

XXL Barbeque Burrito
Tender barbeque stewed chicken and shredded pork stuffed in a XXL tortilla shell with jack cheese, rice, refried beans, jalapeƱos, peppers and onions, served with a side of Cole slaw    

Scallops Cannelloni
Deep sea scallops pan seared with Old Bay ® seasonings, presented over cannelloni stuffed with bacon, potatoes and peppers and finished with a Romano cheese alfredo

Shrimp & Clams Casino
Jumbo shrimp and chopped clams pan seared with bacon, red and green bell peppers, onions and garlic in a white wine butter sauce, served over pasta with an oyster cracker topping  

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
