Dinner Features Friday March 16th, 2018

Seasoned Stockyard Sirloin with mashed potatoes, mushroom gravy and side of broccoli hollandaise

Blackened twin chicken breasts over cheddar scallion mashed potatoes, roasted corn salsa and a banana pepper aioli



Bacon Asparagus Scallops Alfredo                       

Pan seared scallops tossed with garlic, onions, bacon and asparagus in an asiago alfredo over pasta 



Shrimp Gumbo                                      

Pan seared jumbo shrimp tossed with garlic, chorizo, onion, peppers and a spicy sriracha tomato sauce over white rice



                       Wahoo Clams & Pasta                                  

Marinated & broiled Wahoo served over a bed of linguini infused with bell peppers, garlic, onion and bacon in a white wine butter sauce



                       Jerked Swordfish                                                 

Pan seared jerked swordfish over pesto mashed potatoes and asparagus then finished with       sweet honey roasted plantains
