Dinner Features March 4

Appetizer:
Plate Bites
Burger with onions and pickles, macaroni salad and home fries combined and breaded, deep fried till crisp and served in a pool of our house made hot sauce, finished with onions and mustard

Entrees:
Grilled Stockyard
Angus Reserve Beef Stockyard sirloin steak seasoned and char grilled to order, finished with A1® mushrooms and served with a loaded baked potato and broccoli hollandaise     

Buffalo Chicken Burrito
Tender chicken tossed in buffalo wing sauce, seasoned rice and chipotle mayonnaise stuffed in a XXL tortilla shell, finished with a bleu cheese drizzle    

Crispy Chicken & Mushrooms
Crispy southern style fried chicken presented over creamy asiago mushrooms and rice   

Honey Herb Salmon
Fresh salmon filet pan seared in a honey herb crust and presented over mashed potatoes with asparagus spears         

Jerked Wahoo
Fresh wahoo filet pan seared with jerk spices and presented over sugar coated plantains with rice pilaf and steamed broccoli          

Scallops & Crab Au Gratin
Deep sea scallops pan seared and presented over surimi crab macaroni and cheese, served with toasted pita  

Black Pepper Shrimp Bruschetta
Jumbo shrimp crusted in black pepper flour and pan seared with tomatoes, garlic and onions in a white wine butter sauce, served over pasta  
 
Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
