Char Grilled Stockyard
Angus Reserve Beef Stockyard sirloin steak seasoned and char grilled to perfection, served with sautéed mushrooms, broccoli hollandaise and garlic parmesan frites

Chicken Mirabella
Boneless chicken breast pan seared with an apple grape conserve, candied walnuts and apple au jus, presented over mashed potatoes

XL Chicken Burrito
Tender stewed chicken stuffed in a XL tortilla shell with cheddar cheese, rice, potatoes, refried beans, peppers, onions and chipotle mayonnaise topped with sour cream and salsa

Deep sea scallops pan seared with broccoli, mushrooms, asparagus, peppers, onions and garlic in a lemon white wine butter sauce, served over pasta  

Shrimp & Crab Stir Fry
Jumbo shrimp and surimi crabmeat stir fried with carrots, peppers and onions in a garlic parmesan butter sauce, served over rice

Organic 6 oz. ground beef burger char grilled to order, topped with cheddar cheese, barbeque sauce, onion straws and an organic fried egg served with beer battered fries

Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
