Dinner Features March 12

Char Grilled Stockyard
Angus Reserve Beef Stockyard sirloin steak seasoned and char grilled to perfection, served with a house made steak sauce, cottage buffalo fries and cheddar broccoli

Hunan Chicken
Boneless chicken breast pan seared with broccoli, mushrooms, onions, diced red and green bell peppers and garlic tossed in an Asian brown sauce and served over steamed white rice  

Buffalo Chicken Plate
Boneless buffalo wings presented over home fries and macaroni salad, finished with bleu cheese crumbles and a sriracha drizzle

Mediterranean Scallops
Deep sea scallops pan seared with chorizo sausage, Kalamata olives, pepperoncini, onions and peppers in a  white wine butter sauce, served over pasta  

Shrimp & Grits
Jumbo shrimp breaded and deep fried, served with cheddar bacon creamy grits, pineapple Cole slaw and a side of sharp honey mustard sauce   

Honey Herb Salmon
Fresh salmon filet pan seared in a honey herb crust and finished with a honey mustard aioli, presented over mashed potatoes with asparagus spears        

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
