Dinner Specials Thursday 8th March


Blackened New York Strip Steak              Blackened New York Strip steak with a loaded baked potato, A1 mushrooms and broccoli hollandaise.



Mongolian Chicken & Broccoli Stir fried chicken tossed in a garlic brown sauce with a vegetable fried rice and steamed broccoli, peppers and onions.  



Potato chip Salmon               Potato chip crusted Salmon over leek mashed potatoes topped with a Cajun ranch aioli and served with a side of asparagus spears.            



                                   The Monty Python Tender chicken breast layered
                         with Smokey ham and swiss cheese in a brioche
                         almond bread, topped with béchamel sauce, maple
                         syrup and served with beer battered fries           

  

Scallops Primavera Sautéed sea scallops tossed with garlic, onion, asparagus, broccoli, green peppers, red peppers and zucchini in a lemon white wine butter sauce over pasta. 



Tiger Shrimp & Grits shrimp over cheddar, chorizo grits with coleslaw and a French quarter remoulade.
