Dinner Features March 27

Char Grilled Stockyard
Angus Reserve Beef Stockyard sirloin steak seasoned and char grilled to perfection, finished with a wild mushroom onion ragout and an onion herb dip, served with a twice baked potato  

Chicken Asiago
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with broccoli, Portobello mushrooms and sun dried tomatoes in a sherry asiago cream sauce, served over pasta

Spicy Monterey Chicken
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with cherry tomatoes, peppers and onions in a garlic white wine salsa sauce, served over pasta and topped with pepper jack cheese    

Pan Seared Salmon  
Fresh salmon filet pan seared with a shiitake mushroom peanut sauce, dusted with sesame seeds and presented over rice with asparagus spears  

Scallops Ala York       
Deep sea scallops sautéed with mushrooms, artichoke hearts, tomatoes and fresh spinach in a garlic sherry cream sauce, served over pasta

Jerk Shrimp
Jumbo shrimp pan seared with jerk spices and finished with a citrus grape relish, presented over sweet and sour red cabbage with rice    

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
