Dinner Features March 3


Appetizer:
Trash Bites
Burger with onions and pickles, macaroni salad and home fries combined and breaded, deep fried till crisp and served in a pool of our house made hot sauce, finished with onions and mustard

Entrees:
Blackened Stockyard
Angus Reserve Beef Stockyard sirloin steak blackened to order, served with gruyere cheese and onion potato stack and asparagus, finished with a creamy horseradish sauce and crispy onions    

Creole Chicken & Sausage
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with sweet sausage, bell peppers and onions in a spicy garlic tomato sauce, served over rice

Crispy Singapore Honey Lime Chicken   
Crispy tempura boneless chicken tossed in a sweet and sour honey lime garlic sauce, served with soy noodles and stir-fried vegetables 

Salmon Florentine
Fresh salmon filet pan seared and presented over mashed potatoes with wilted spinach, tomatoes and garlic        

Scallops & Crab Macaroni and Cheese
Deep sea scallops pan seared with Old Bay ® seasoning, presented over surimi crab macaroni and cheese

Crispy Shrimp Platter
Jumbo coconut crusted deep-fried shrimp served with sweet roasted plantains and bacon cheddar jalapeño grit cakes
 
Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
