Sicilian Grilled Stockyard
Angus Reserve Beef Stockyard sirloin steak seasoned and char grilled to perfection, dusted in an Italian herb crust and topped with sautéed mushrooms and onions and melted asiago cheese, served with a twice baked potato   
 
Chicken Italian
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with eggplant, mushrooms, tomatoes, peppers and onions in a fresh basil garlic white wine marinara sauce, served over pasta and dusted with asiago cheese      

Chicken Monte Carlo
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with Italian sausage, mushrooms, artichoke hearts, zucchini and tomatoes in a zesty garlic marsala wine sauce, served over pasta

Seafood Newburg
Deep sea scallops, fried calamari, chopped clams and surimi crabmeat sautéed with diced peppers, onions and tomatoes in a sherry cream sauce, served over rice

Shrimp Stir Fry
Jumbo shrimp sautéed with shiitake mushrooms and mixed garden vegetables in a light teriyaki stir fry sauce, served over rice and dusted with sesame seeds   

Stuffed Wahoo
Wahoo is a member of the mackerel family; its flesh is white and mild. Tonight, we are preparing fresh broiled wahoo stuffed with spinach, artichokes and sun dried tomatoes, drizzled with a basil sweet red pepper cream sauce and served over asparagus spears with a side of rice

Fresh Broiled Haddock    
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
