Baked Jalapeno Bacon Mac & Cheese
Creamy baked homemade macaroni & cheese infused with bacon and jalapeno peppers, served with a side of garlic bread

Southwest Chorizo Chicken
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with Cajun spices, chorizo sausage, black beans, sweet corn, tomatoes, avocado, peppers and onions served over wild rice   

Bacon Bleu Stockyard Steak
Angus Reserve stockyard sirloin seasoned and char grilled, topped with a bleu cheese bacon finishing butter and served with a twice baked potato and asparagus spears       

Shrimp Sicily
Jumbo shrimp pan seared with fresh basil, tomatoes, kalamata olives, banana peppers and onions in a sherry pan sauce, served over pasta and finished with asiago chees

Scallops Rosemary
Deep sea scallops pan seared with kielbasa, mushrooms and fresh spinach in a rosemary cream sauce, served over pasta    

Citrus Broiled Mahi Mahi
Fresh mahi mahi filet seasoned and broiled, finished with a pineapple citrus salsa and presented over rice pilaf with a side of broccoli

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
