Angus Reserve stockyard sirloin seared to order and served in a red wine mushroom au jus with mashed potatoes

Chicken French
Boneless chicken breast dipped in an egg batter and sautéed in a sherry lemon sauce, served over pasta

Bruschetta Chicken
Boneless chicken breast sautéed and tossed with tomatoes and fresh basil in white wine butter sauce, served over pasta  

Shrimp Alfredo
Jumbo shrimp pan seared with bacon, spinach and onions in Alfredo sauce, tossed with pasta

Butter Seared Scallops
Deep sea scallops seared in a butter sauce and presented over rice pilaf, with mixed vegetables     

Ahi Tuna Stir Fry
Sushi grade ahi tuna steak, sesame seared to order and presented over fried rice and stir fried vegetables

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
