Vegetable Lasagna
This vegetarian lasagna is made with pasta, fresh vegetables, tofu and marinara sauce, served with a salad

Char Grilled Garlic Herb Sirloin Filet
Twin garlic and herb marinated beef sirloin filets pan seared to order and served on a bed of ranch fried potato logs and asparagus spears   

Minnesota Chicken
Boneless chicken breast in a crispy batter served over wild mushrooms and rice pilaf topped with country gravy

Chicken & Broccoli Alfredo
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with broccoli and tossed with a lemon scented Alfredo sauce, served over pasta   

Scallops Olio
Deep sea scallops pan seared and tossed in a garlic olio sauce, served over fettuccini

Shrimp Stir Fry
Jumbo shrimp stir fried with mushrooms, peppers and onions in a ginger soy sauce, served over fried rice  

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
