Chili Grilled Stockyard Steak
Angus Reserve stockyard sirloin char grilled with chili seasonings, served with cheese quesadilla, fresh salsa and chimichurri

Mediterranean Chicken
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with banana peppers, tomatoes, garlic, Spanish olives and red peppers in a white wine butter sauce, served over pasta

Shrimp Scampi
Jumbo shrimp sautéed in a garlic white wine butter sauce, served over pasta

Scallops Augratin
Deep sea scallops pan seared and served over pasta in a three cheese cream sauc

Honey Jerk Salmon
Fresh salmon filet pan seared with honey and jerk spices, presented over lemon noodle cake and chow chow      

Soy Glazed Ahi Tuna Steak
Fresh ahi tuna steak pan seared to order topped with a soy glaze and presented over Dijon mashed potatoes with stir fry vegetables

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
