Herb Crusted Chicken
Boneless herb crusted chicken breast pan seared with apples, onions and fresh rosemary in a sherry honey glaze, served with rice pilaf

Chicken Scampi
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with sliced kielbasa, eggplant, sun dried tomatoes and mushrooms in a lemon sherry garlic sauce, served over pasta   

Grilled Stockyard Steak
Angus Reserve stockyard sirloin char grilled, topped with a sun dried tomato basil butter and presented over garlic bread, served with a twice baked potato

Shrimp & Broccoli Aglio E Olio
Jumbo shrimp sautéed with broccoli, zucchini, portobello mushrooms, fresh spinach and olives tossed with pasta, white wine and garlic olive oil, dusted with asiago cheese

Scallops Primavera
Deep sea scallops sautéed with mushrooms and a garden vegetable medley tossed with pasta in a light Alfredo sauce   

Stuffed Mahi Mahi
Fresh mahi mahi filet stuffed with surimi crabmeat, spinach, sun dried tomatoes and aged goat cheese broiled in lemon and white wine, topped with a tarragon cream sauce and served over fresh asparagus with a side of wild rice  

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
