Parmesan Crusted Chicken               

Pan fried parmesan crusted chicken breast finished with a basil cream sauce over pearled barley mushroom risotto.      

Chicken Alfredo                        

Pan seared chicken breast with sundried tomatoes, mushrooms, fresh spinach and kielbasa in a white wine parmesan cream sauce served over pasta.      

Apple Bacon Pork Chops                                                     

Twin char grilled pork chops finished with apple bacon pan sauce with herb roasted sweet potatoes.

            Herb Crusted Mahi Mahi                                                        

Pan fried herb crusted Mahi filet finished with roasted pineapple salsa over rice.

BBQ Bacon Stockyard Sirloin                                       

Char grilled Stockyard Sirloin Steak finished with candied bbq bacon and melted bleu cheese crumbles with a twice baked potato and asparagus.

Cajun Broiled Scallops                                                                       

Cajun butter broiled Deep Sea Scallops with wild rice jambalaya.

Lemon Herb Shrimp           

Pan seared jumbo shrimp with artichoke hearts, mushrooms, onions and tomatoes in a sherry lemon herb pan sauce over pasta.

Fresh Broiled Haddock      

Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter.   

Fish Fry       

Your choice of breaded or crispy beer battered fresh Haddock filet.
