Vegetable Lasagna
This vegetarian lasagna is made with pasta, fresh vegetables, tofu and marinara sauce, served with a salad

Char Grilled Stockyard Steak
Angus Reserve stockyard sirloin char grilled to order and served with a chipotle aioli, bacon mashed potatoes and cauliflower augratin

General Tso’s Chicken
Crispy strips of boneless chicken breast tossed in an orange soy sauce, served over fried rice with stir fried vegetables  

Country Chicken
Buttermilk fried boneless chicken breast topped with country gravy and served with mashed potatoes and cauliflower augratin

Cream Corn Scallops
Deep sea scallops blackened and served in a pool of cream corn with mashed potatoes and asparagus spears

Shrimp & Sausage
Jumbo shrimp sautéed with chorizo sausage, peppers and onions in a light tomato sauce, served over pasta

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
