Asiago Grilled Stockyard Steak
Angus Reserve stockyard sirloin seasoned and char grilled, topped with melted asiago cheese and a mushroom rosemary burgundy glaze, served with a twice baked potato

Southwestern Chicken
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with tomatoes, peppers, onions and banana peppers in a spicy garlic sauce, served over spicy chorizo muddy rice and topped with shredded cheddar and sour cream

Chicken Piccata
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with fresh spinach, mushrooms, artichoke hearts and capers in a lemon sherry wine sauce, served over pasta

Shrimp & Tomato Verde
Jumbo shrimp sautéed with sliced kielbasa, braised kale and zucchini in a garlic basil white wine sauce served over pasta

Scallops Portobello
Deep sea scallops sautéed with portobello mushrooms and sun dried tomatoes in a Madeira demi glace, served with a side of rice pilaf    

Grilled Ahi Tuna
Fresh ahi tuna steak pan seared to order and topped with a pineapple citrus chutney, presented over asparagus spears and served with a side of rice pilaf   

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
