Montréal Grilled Stockyard Steak
Angus Reserve stockyard sirloin char grilled to order, topped with sautéed portobello mushrooms and a Marsala demi glace, served with a twice baked potato

Roasted Red Pepper Chicken
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with garden vegetables in a roasted red pepper herb asiago cream sauce, tossed with pasta 

Curry Chicken
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with shiitake mushrooms, broccoli, sweet red bell peppers, yellow squash and almonds in a sesame orange curry sauce, served over rice pilaf  

Shrimp & Broccoli Alfredo
Jumbo shrimp sautéed with broccoli and sun dried tomatoes, tossed with pasta in a light Alfredo sauce   

Garlic Seafood
Deep sea scallops, surimi crabmeat and chopped clams sautéed in a garlic white wine sauce, served over pasta and dusted with asiago cheese   

Stuffed Salmon
Fresh broiled salmon filet stuffed with spinach, sun dried tomatoes, artichoke hearts and aged goat cheese, topped with a Santa Fe cream sauce and served over fresh asparagus spears with a side of rice pilaf   

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
