Dinner Features January 21

Roasted Garlic Strip Steak
New York Strip steak seasoned and char grilled to order, finished with roasted garlic herb butter and Scotch ale caramelized mushrooms, served with a twice baked potato and grilled asparagus

Chicken Caprese
Boneless chicken breast pan seared with grape tomatoes, fresh basil, fresh mozzarella cheese and garlic in a white wine pan sauce, served over pasta with asiago herb garlic bread  

Chicken Lombardi
Boneless chicken breast pan seared in a Marsala butter pan sauce topped with sautéed mushrooms and mozzarella cheese, served over bacon gruyere mashed potatoes with sautéed spinach

Rock Fish Tropicale
Citrus broiled Rock Fish topped with a fresh pineapple salsa served over rice pilaf

Scallops Mediterranean
Deep sea scallops pan seared with fresh spinach, tomatoes, artichoke hearts, kalamata olives and garlic in a sherry pan sauce, served over pasta and finished with feta cheese

Tempura Shrimp
Jumbo shrimp in a crisp tempura batter finished with an avocado lime aioli and a soy reduction, served with wild rice and steamed broccoli

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
