Chicken Cutlet                                                 

Breaded and pan fried chicken breast served with herb mashed potatoes and vegetable.

Chicken breast strips sautéed with spinach, garlic and fresh tomatoes in a creamy white sauce over pasta.     

           Bacon Wrapped Monk Fish                                                                                    

Pan seared and roasted Monk fish stuffed with spinach and tomato and wrapped with bacon paired with caramelized onion mashed potatoes.

Compound Stockyard Sirloin                                                                                                                      

Seasoned char grilled Stockyard Sirloin Steak finished with a garlic compound butter and served with mashed potatoes and asparagus.

Lemon Scallops                                                                                                                

Broiled Diver scallops with lemon, garlic and butter served with rice pilaf and broccoli.
