Cajun Grilled Stockyard Steak
Angus Reserve stockyard sirloin char grilled with Cajun spices, topped with melted bleu cheese crumbles and crispy onion straws, served with a twice baked potato

Chicken Marinara
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with eggplant, mushrooms, tomatoes, zucchini and fresh basil in a white wine marinara sauce served over pasta with a side of garlic bread

Boneless chicken breast deep fried in a seasoned buttermilk batter served with bacon ale mac & cheese

Braised Short Ribs
Braised short ribs with carrots, celery, tomatoes and onions in a burgundy gravy, served over cheddar herb mashed potatoes

Shrimp Jambalaya
Jumbo shrimp pan seared and served over house made wild rice jambalaya with pulled pork, chorizo sausage, celery, onions and green peppers

Pesto Cream Scallops
Deep sea scallops pan seared with mushrooms, sun dried tomatoes and fresh garlic in a pesto cream sauce, served over pasta

Sesame Crusted Ahi Tuna
Fresh ahi tuna steak pan fried with a sesame crust, finished with citrus ginger butter and served over rice pilaf with a side of steamed broccoli

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
