Mushroom Onion Stockyard Steak
Angus Reserve stockyard sirloin char grilled to order and topped with sautéed mushrooms and onions, presented over gorgonzola mashed potatoes and served with asparagus spears

Chicken & Waffles
A Belgium waffle topped with crispy batter chicken strips, finished with pecan butter

Chicken French
Boneless chicken breast dipped in an egg batter and sautéed in a lemon sherry butter sauce, served over pasta

Onion Crusted Monkfish
Fresh monkfish roasted with an onion crust and served over risotto style potatoes with sauce beurre blanc and asparagus spears   

Bacon Wrapped Scallops
Deep sea scallops wrapped and bacon and char broiled, served over a bed of creamy spinach and artichoke hearts, tossed with pasta

Pepper Shrimp
Jumbo shrimp sautéed with green peppers, red peppers and banana peppers in an herbed butter sauce, served over pasta

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
