Dinner Features January 9

Grilled Stockyard Steak Fromage
Angus Reserve stockyard sirloin seasoned and char grilled, topped with melted crumbly bleu cheese and drizzled with rosemary burgundy glaze, served with a twice baked potato

Chicken du Chef
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with sliced kielbasa, braised kale, sun dried tomatoes and mushrooms in a lemon white wine sauce served over pasta

Bourbon Street Shrimp
Jumbo shrimp sautéed with diced tomatoes, peppers, onions, banana peppers and pulled pork in a lemon lime garlic sauce, served over spicy chorizo muddy rice

Scallops Monte Carlo
Deep sea scallops sautéed with Italian sausage, tomatoes, zucchini, and artichoke hearts in a zesty garlic sherry wine sauce, served over pasta   

Pineapple Citrus Mahi Mahi
Fresh mahi mahi pan seared and topped with a pineapple citrus chutney, presented over asparagus spears and served with a side of rice pilaf    

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
