Baked Jalapeno Bacon Mac & Cheese
Creamy baked homemade macaroni & cheese infused with bacon and jalapeno peppers, served with a side of garlic bread

Boneless chicken breast sautéed with fresh broccoli and sundried tomatoes tossed with pasta in a light Alfredo sauce   

Chicken & Eggplant Rossa
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with eggplant, artichoke hearts, olives, mushrooms and peas in a white wine marinara sauce, served over pasta   

Grilled Stockyard Steak
Angus Reserve stockyard sirloin char grilled, topped with a wild mushroom onion Madeira demi-glace and served with a twice baked potato

Shrimp du Chef
Jumbo shrimp sautéed with wild greens, zucchini and tomatoes in a garlic lemon sherry wine sauce, served over pasta and finished with aged goat cheese

Scallops Stir Fry
Deep sea scallops stir fried in a sweet and sour teriyaki sauce with shiitake mushrooms and garden vegetables served over rice pilaf
