Char Grilled Stockyard Steak 
Angus Reserve stockyard sirloin char grilled to order and topped with a fried banana pepper aioli and served with mashed potatoes

Boneless chicken breast sautéed with caramelized onions, button, shiitake and portobello mushrooms in a creamy white sauce, served over pasta

Garlic Herb Chicken
Boneless garlic herb crusted chicken breast pan seared with a lemon caper butter sauce, presented over rice pilaf and asparagus spears

Herb Crusted Monkfish
Fresh monkfish pan seared with an herb crust and topped with rosemary butter, presented over mashed potatoes and asparagus spears    

Grand Marnier Scallops
Deep sea scallops pan seared in a Grand Marnier butter sauce, presented over mashed potatoes and a vegetable medley  

Shrimp Primavera 
Jumbo shrimp sautéed with mushrooms, zucchini, green peppers and onions in an sherry tomato sauce, served over pasta

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
