Dinner Features December 31

Baked Jalapeno Bacon Mac & Cheese
Creamy baked homemade macaroni & cheese infused with bacon and jalapeno peppers, served with a side of garlic bread

Spinach Artichoke Chicken
Boneless chicken breast pan seared with fresh spinach and artichoke hearts in a white wine parmesan cream sauce, served over pasta and finished with asiago cheese  

Char Grilled Stockyard Steak
Angus Reserve stockyard sirloin seasoned and char grilled, finished with a Guinness rosemary demi-glace, caramelized onions and goat cheese, served with parmesan herb mashed potatoes and asparagus spears       

Scotch Ale Chicken
Boneless chicken breast char grilled and finished with a scotch ale mushroom gravy and crispy onion straws, served over cheddar herb mashed potatoes    

Shrimp French
Jumbo shrimp pan fried in an egg batter with artichoke hearts and fresh garlic in a sherry lemon pan sauce, presented over pasta and finished with asiago and parmesan cheeses  

Scallops Italiano
Broiled deep sea scallops tossed with tomatoes, fresh basil and melted fresh mozzarella cheese, served over pasta in a white wine marinara sauce  

Herb Crusted Ahi Tuna Steak
Fresh Ahi Tuna steak pan seared in a panko herb crust, finished with a balsamic reduction and rosemary butter, presented over mixed greens and served with wild rice   

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
