Balsamic Chicken & Brussel Sprouts    
Sautéed chicken breast with mushrooms, onions, brussel sprouts and bacon in a garlic balsamic glaze with rice

           Chicken & Crabmeat Primavera Alfredo    

Boneless chicken breast sautéed with surimi crabmeat and mixed vegetables in a lite alfredo sauce tossed with pasta

Shrimp Florentine 

Jumbo shrimp sautéed with fresh spinach and asparagus tossed with pasta in a lite garlic roasted red pepper parmesan sauce Yummmmmmmm!

Grilled Stockyard Steak    
Angus Reserve Stockyard sirloin seasoned and char grilled to order with melted fresh mozzarella and topped with tomato onion relish served with a twice baked potato

Spicy New Orleans Scallops Creole over Rice   

Deep sea scallops sautéed with diced peppers, onions, tomatoes, zucchini, black beans, corn, chorizo, and banana peppers in a spicy garlic white wine sauce over rice

Grilled Ahi Tuna over Wild 

Fresh ahi tuna steak seasoned and char grilled to order over wild rice with marsala mushroom sauce , asparagus with goat cheese and rosemary butter
