Balsamic Chicken
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with bacon, cabbage, onions and mushrooms in a balsamic sherry garlic sauce, served over chorizo sweet potato hash

Sicilian Chicken &Greens
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with escarole and tomatoes in a garlic basil white wine sauce, served over pasta and dusted with asiago cheese   

Char Grilled Stockyard Steak
Angus Reserve Stockyard sirloin char grilled to order and finished with burgundy portobellos and rosemary goat cheese butter, served with seasoned oven toasted potato wedges      

Shrimp Fra Diavolo
Jumbo shrimp sautéed with tomatoes, jalapeños, mushrooms, onions and peppers in a spicy white wine marinara sauce, served over pasta

Scallops Dijon
Deep sea scallops sautéed with broccoli, zucchini, capers and sun dried tomatoes in a sherry Dijon sauce, served over rice pilaf         

Stuffed Mahi Mahi
Fresh broiled mahi mahi filet stuffed with surimi crabmeat, spinach and zucchini topped with a spiced pumpkin cream and served over asparagus spears with a side of rice pilaf   

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
