Dinner Features December 21

Herb Crusted Chicken
Boneless chicken breast pan seared with an herb crust and topped with a sun dried tomato rosemary orange sauce and presented over fresh asparagus spears, served with a side of rice pilaf     

Chicken & Crabmeat Ala Romano
Boneless chicken breast and surimi crabmeat sautéed with mushrooms, broccoli, artichoke hearts and olives in a light Alfredo sauce, tossed with pasta

Montreal Grilled Stockyard Steak
Angus Reserve Stockyard sirloin char grilled with Montréal seasonings, finished with a portobello glaze and melted asiago cheese, presented over garlic bread and served with a twice baked potato

Shrimp & Wild Mushrooms
Jumbo shrimp sautéed with shiitake, portobello and button mushrooms in a garlic sherry cream sauce, served over pasta     

Sea Scallops Crostini
Deep sea scallops sautéed with artichoke hearts, tomatoes, sweet peas and onions in a fresh basil garlic white wine sauce, served over pasta and finished with asiago cheese     

Salmon French
Fresh salmon filet dipped in a light egg batter and sautéed in a lemon sherry wine sauce with fresh broccoli, served over pasta

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
