Sweet & Sour Chicken

Deep fried battered chicken breast served with stir fried vegetables, rice pilaf and a tangy sweet and sour dipping sauce.

Chicken & Chorizo Pasta      

Pan seared chicken breast and chorizo tossed with corn, tomatoes, onions and linguini finished in a spicy roasted tomato Pomodoro sauce.

Char grilled Stockyard Angus Reserve Sirloin 
Char grilled stockyard Angus reserve sirloin cheddar mashed potatoes and sautéed spinach then topped with a portobello mushroom blu rouge and roasted red pepper coulis.

           Pan Seared Scallops      
Lightly floured Deep Sea scallops pan seared then served with wild rice and sautéed zucchini and finished with a garlic and bacon balsamic reduction.

Herb Crusted Aukra Salmon 
Pan seared breaded salmon served with garlic mashed potatoes, sautéed asparagus and finished with a roasted red pepper coulis.

Marinated Grilled Garlic Shrimp  

Char grilled marinated jumbo garlic shrimp served with wild rice and sautéed spinach then topped with a sweet and savory roasted pineapple coulis.

Fresh Broiled Haddock      

Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter.   

Fish Fry          

Your choice of breaded or crispy beer battered fresh Haddock filet.
