Dinner Features December 28

Spanish Chicken
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with fresh spinach, eggplant, tomatoes, banana peppers, onions and green peppers in spicy garlic red sauce, served over rice pilaf

Sicilian Grilled Stockyard Steak
Angus Reserve stockyard sirloin seasoned and char grilled topped with melted asiago cheese and smothered with sautéed mushroom and onions, served with a twice baked potato      

Chicken Alfredo
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with sun dried tomatoes and sweet peas in a light Alfredo sauce, tossed with pasta  

Shrimp & Tomato Verde
Jumbo shrimp sautéed with braised kale, olives, mushrooms, tomatoes and broccoli in a basil garlic white wine sauce, tossed with pasta and finished with aged goat cheese

Sweet & Spicy Teriyaki Scallops
Deep sea scallops and surimi crabmeat stir fried in a sweet and spicy teriyaki sauce with garden vegetables, served over rice pilaf  

Char Grilled Ahi Tuna Steak
Fresh Ahi Tuna steak char grilled to order, topped with a caper hollandaise sauce and presented over fresh asparagus spears, served with a side of rice pilaf

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
