Dinner Features December 29th, 2016


Country Kitchen Chicken over Pasta  

Sautéed chicken breast with mushrooms, tomatoes, banana peppers, sliced kielbasa and braised kale in a garlic basil sauce over pasta.     



Chicken and Crabmeat Pesto Alfredo Florentine   

Sautéed chicken breast with broccoli, zucchini, fresh spinach and sweet peas tossed in a lite pesto alfredo sauce.



Grilled Holiday Harvest Stockyard Steak   
Angus Reserve Stockyard sirloin seasoned and char grilled topped with rosemary sour cream mushroom sauce served with a twice baked pecan maple sweet potato.



Shrimp Primavera over Pasta   
Jumbo shrimp sautéed with mushrooms mixed garden vegetable medley in a garlic sherry wine sauce over pasta.    


Scallops Italian over Pasta 

Deep sea scallops sautéed with mushrooms, peppers, onions, tomatoes and eggplant in a garlic basil white wine marinara sauce over pasta.                                                                                                                           

Fresh Broiled Stuffed Mahi Mahi      
Fresh broiled Mahi stuffed with spinach, sundried tomatoes and aged goat cheese served over fresh asparagus with a side over rice drizzled with tarragon caper sauce.



Fresh Broiled Haddock  

Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
